Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be returned within 30 days of your purchase date

- Products must be unmarked, and in their original packaging

- Please email our team at info@getvoid.co with you order number and reason for return before sending anything back

- Returns must be approved by our team first before they are sent back

- Prepaid return shipping is not provided, and original shipping costs are non-refundable

- Make sure your return includes a tracking number, and email it to us so we can monitor its journey back to our warehouse

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
